Mark Farrell has established and managed a variety of projects in many large public sector organisations, including cataloguing and preservation projects, archival surveys and feasibility studies, records management design and implementation, records management training and data protection consultancy.

He has established and managed teams of archivists, librarians, preservation assistants and data entry staff. He is one of Ireland’s most experienced records managers and has advised many high-profile clients on strategies for ensuring compliance with record-keeping legislation and regulations.

Tina Byrne has been Project Manager on many large projects with some of Ireland’s best known public sector organisations. She has overseen major library and archive cataloguing projects, including the cataloguing of audio-visual and digital collections.

Tina has also been Project Manager for a number of records management projects and has contributed to Arcline training courses and workshops. She has extensive experience in building and managing multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of projects and in establishing excellent working relations with clients.
